Eight finalists will compete for the trophy of Benidorm Fest. A jury of 50% experts, 25% SMS voting and 25% app voting will make the decision. Eight songs will compete in EMG Studio 7 in Vilvoorde near Brussels. The show will be hosted by Peter van de Veire. 50% jury and 50% televoting will decide which song and singer will represent Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest. It will be held in RTVSLO studio 1 in Ljubljana with Raiven and Štras as the hosts.  In the first round, a jury will decide which two songs go to the superfinal. The televoter makes a choice out of these two. Louane, born Anne Peichert on November 26, 1996, in Hénin-Beaumont, France, is a French singer, songwriter, and actress. She rose to fame in 2013 as a semi-finalist on The Voice: La Plus Belle Voix. Shortly after, she made her film debut in La Famille Bélier (2014), earning a César Award for Most Promising Actress. Her debut album, Chambre 12 (2015), topped the French charts and was certified diamond. Louane’s pop and chanson sound, combined with emotional lyrics, resonated with fans. She followed up with Louane (2017) and Joie de vivre (2020), reinforcing her status as a leading French pop artist. Louane is also known for her engaging personality, and strong connection with her audience. She continues to evolve, blending pop, electro, and heartfelt ballads.
