Biography
In November 2017 he presented his fourth single, “Lie to Me” , with which he also entered the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. He won and represented the Czech Republic in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. At the end of July of the same year, he released the Spanish version of his single “Lie to Me”. In early October, he introduced the single “Me Gusta”, on which he collaborated with Swedish composer Joacim Persson.
In 2023, he released singles such as “Delilah,” a collaboration with Mark Neve, “Boys Don’t Cry,” and “Never Get Over You,” which showcased his evolving musical style blending pop with contemporary influences. These tracks contributed to maintaining his presence in the European pop music scene.
In March 2024, Josef released his long-anticipated debut studio album, One, marking a significant milestone in his career. The album encapsulated his musical journey and featured a collection of tracks that highlighted his growth as an artist. Following the album’s release, he continued to engage with his audience through performances and new music, including the 2025 single “Samba,” further solidifying his position in the music industry.
