Norway: 1st semifinal Melodi Grand Prix (update)

Tonight is the start of the Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix. You can follow the show here and here. It starts at 19.50 CET. Two times two songs will have a duel; both the winning songs will compete for 1 ticket to the final. One other song, that goes directly to the final, will be presented too. This week it will be Elsie Bay, singing “Death of us”.

The winners of the several heats are in bold letters:

First heat:
Eline Noelia, “Ecstasy” vs Mira Craig, “We still here”

Second heat:
TrollfesT, “Dance like a pink flamingo” vs Frode Vassel, “Black flowers” 

Final:
Eline Noelia, “Ecstasy” vs Frode Vassel, “Black flowers” 

That means, Frode Vassel will return in the final with his “Black flowers”!

Mira Craig took part in Melodi Grand Prix in 2010 (semifinal). She wrote and composed the 2008 Norwegian entry “Hold on, be strong”.
