He is a teacher in dramaturgy in 2 schools: the viborg school of performing arts and the Aarhus Teater Lærning. Rasmussen started his career in the cover band Hair Metal Heroës. As a stage actor he performed in, among others, West Side Story and Les Misérables. He has been part of Vocal Line, a choir from Jutland. The choir even performed with The Rolling Stones. In 2018 Rasmussen represented Denmark in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Higher ground”. He reached the final and earned a 9th place in the overall ranking. A second single, “Go beyond”, was released in 2019. One year later, he sang in the Phil Collins tribute concerts In the Air Tonight. It was followed by a new single, “Stand by eachother”, in 2021.
