Her early years also saw her taking the lead as vocalist and guitarist in a band, followed by piano lessons from age 8. Her path to a solo career began in 2011 with a participation in Georgia’s Got Talent. Achieving international fame in 2014, she represented Georgia and clinched victory at the New Wave Music Festival in Jūrmala, Latvia. Buzaladze further showcased her talents in various competitions such as The Voice of Turkey, Two Stars Georgia, and Georgian editions of Your Face Sounds Familiar and Dancing with the Stars, collaborating with renowned artists like Turkish singer Hadise. 2017 marked a significant year with her song “White Horses Run,” securing second place in Georgia’s Eurovision selection. Her debut album, Nutsa22, released in 2019, featured a mix of Georgian covers and original English songs, including the hit “Gelodebi.” This success was followed by a well-received single in Russia. Buzaladze’s career continued to flourish with appearances in All Together Now Russia in 2020 and 2021, performances at Expo 2020 in Dubai, and other prestigious venues. She also competed in Kënga Magjike 2021 in Albania, finishing second, and made it to the top 12 in American Idol 2023. As of 12 January 2024, Buzaladze was selected to represent Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö, Sweden. She managed to break the spell of not reaching the final for Georgia: she performed at the Grand Final on May 11. Having spent time in Los Angeles to hone her musical skills, she has since made Dubai her permanent home. She was born in Narva, a city in the North East of Estonia.  Milova participated in The Baltic Voice, New Wave Junior, Kaunas Talent, Bravo Song Contest and Berlin Perle. In 2021 she participated in Eesti Ootsib Superstaari, the Estonian version of Idols. She managed to win the contest. She signed a record deal with Universal Music, and right after winning Eesti Ootsib Superstaari, she released her debut single “Önnenumber”. The song topped the Estonian charts rightaway.  In June 2022, Alika started performing with a band she formed, called Käsmus. A new record, “Bon apètit” was released. On 6 October of the same year it was followed by a new track, “C’est la vie”.  2023 had a good start for Alika. In January, she won the Female Artist Of The Year Award, chosen by the audience during the Eesti Music Awards. One month later, on 11 February, she won Eesti Laul, the national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song “Bridges”. When she represented Estonia with the song, she reached the final and became 8th there. She won the competition and went to Sydney to perform. She got a recording deal with Sony Music Australia. She released a country version of the Cyndi Lauper hit “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”. Unfortunately, this was not a success and Jessica returned to Darwin. Jessica Mauboy rose to fame when she was the runner-up in Australian Idol 2006. She released an album called “The journey”, with her Idol performances. She became a member of the girl band Young Divas, but soon started a very succesfull solocareer. Her first solo studio album “Been waiting” in 2008. The song “Burn” hit the #1 spot in the Australian charts. Jessica’s second album “Get ’em girls” (2010) provided no less than four hit singles. Meanwhile, she started a career as an actress in the movie “Bran Nue Dae”, two years later followed by “The Sapphires”. Her third album “Beautiful” was released in 2013. On behalf of Australia, she was a guest performer in the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest. Another challenge she got was performing at the opening ceremony of the ICC Cricket World Cup.  Her 2016 single “Where I’ll stay” was used as a promotion song for the coverage of the Olympic Games in Rio on Australian television. In 2018, Jessica Mauboy was involved in the Eurovision Song Contest again, now as a participant. She sang “We got love” and reached the final. In april 2019, Jessica Mauboy released a new single, “Sunday”, followed by “Little things”. The latter became a hit in the Australian charts and got the platinum status. Both songs can be found on Jessica’s 4th album “Hilda”, which was also released in 2019. In 2020, she ended her contract with Sony and went to Warner Music Australia.
