Ben-David did his military service in a classified unit in the Ministry of Defense and then began studying acting at Beit Zvi. Ben-David competed in the reality show “The X Factor Israel” in an attempt to represent Israel at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest.  On February 3, 2022, the judges of the “X Factor” program, the professional committee of the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation and the audience selected “I.M” as eligible to compete in the pre-Eurovision final. He performed the song in the preliminary final on February 5, reached first place, and was chosen to represent Israel at the 2022 Eurovision. In Eurovision, Ben David did not reach te final. Born and raised in Tirana, she began performing in various song and dance competitions as a child before pursuing a career in music. Ronela Hajati studied ballet and piano during at a young age. She also participated in a number of Albanian singing and dancing competitions. Ronela continued her early career by participating in various musical events on various occasions, such as Top Fest and Kënga Magjike. She rose to fame in the Albanian-speaking Balkans after the release of the well-known song “Mala Gata” in May 2013. At the end of 2013, she participated in the 15th edition of Kënga Magjike with the song “Mos ma isho”. In the grand final, she got the internet award. In December 2015, Hajati released her next song “A do si kjo” and peaked at number 13 in Albania. The follow up, “Marre”, followed in June 2016 and peaked at number 13 as well.  Over the course of 2017 and 2018, Hayati released four subsequent songs, including “Mos ik”, “Sonte”, “Maje men” and “Do ta luj”, with commercial success reaching the top 30 in Albania.  In December 2018, she successfully returned to Kënga Magjike to compete in the 20th edition of the contest with the song “Vuj”. In March 2019, the singer released the single “Pa dashni” and reached sixth place in Albania. Her success on the list followed in June 2019 with the song “Çohu”, a collaboration with Albanian rapper Don Phenom, debuting in seventh place in the top 100 of the country. Following the 10th best song “Lage”, Hajati scored her first number one song with “MVP”, released later that year. In July 2020, the Albanian football club KF Tirana approached Hajati to produce and perform the club anthem “Bardh ‘e blu” as part of the celebrations to mark its centenary.  In March 2021, Hajati announced her studio debut album, “RRON”, scheduled for release next year.Her new single, “Prologue”, debuted the same month in 19th place in the Albanian Top 100 and rose to number two a month later. The second song from the album, “Shumë i mirë” which had reached the 15th place at the end of 2021, was nominated for an award at the gala Netët e Klipit Shqiptar 2021. The third song, “Aventura” released in May 2021, continued to reach third place in the Albianan charts. Andrea plays  guitar and piano, but says that the voice is her strongest instrument.   Her musical career started quite by accident: she posted short videos on her Instagram account for fun with adaptations and translations of famous pop and rock hits. Her talent and vocal abilities were noticed and recognized by the famous music producer Aleksandar Masevski, who invited her to his studio and offered her a collaboration. He was also the main motivator for her to later enroll at the Faculty of Music – Skopje at the Department of Solo Singing – Popular Genres.  She and Aleksandar decided to start with the lyrics exclusively in English in order for the music to reach the listeners faster and to build an international career easier. Her first song “I Know” was released on October 23, 2020.  In a short time, the song counted hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube and more than 4 million views on TickTock. Andrea has also appeared on several podcast shows from Mexico and the Netherlands. In February 2021, as part of the Fejms orchestral music project, she and her team, in collaboration with music composer Bete Ilin, conductor Oleg Kondratenko and video producer Vladimir Mitrevski Gule, performed an orchestral rendition of her songs.In 2022, she took part in the North Macedonian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, “Za Evrosong 2022”, and she won it with the song Circles. During the opening ceremony, Andrea threw away a North Macedonian flag, in order to have her hands free. North Macedonian broadcaster MRT responded with a statement, in which they said  it was “desecration of a national symbol, which is punishable by Macedonian law”. MRT even considered withdrawal from the contest. That didn’t happen, Andrea apologyzed and sang in Eurovision. She rose to fame in the Albanian-speaking Balkans after the release of the well-known song “Mala Gata” in May 2013. At the end of 2013, she participated in the 15th edition of Kënga Magjike with the song “Mos ma isho”. In the grand final, she got the internet award. In December 2015, Hajati released her next song “A do si kjo” and peaked at number 13 in Albania. The follow up, “Marre”, followed in June 2016 and peaked at number 13 as well.  Over the course of 2017 and 2018, Hayati released four subsequent songs, including “Mos ik”, “Sonte”, “Maje men” and “Do ta luj”, with commercial success reaching the top 30 in Albania.  In December 2018, she successfully returned to Kënga Magjike to compete in the 20th edition of the contest with the song “Vuj”. The group started performing at fest-noz (festival of the night in Brittany) in 2018, and took part in the 2018 edition of the Inter-Celtic Festival of Lorient with the band Eben. In the summer of 2021, they met singer and producer Alvan in a bar in Rennes. Together, they participated in the French national final for the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Fulenn”. They went won the competition, winning both the jury vote and televote. “Fulenn” was the first Eurovision entry to be sung in Breton since 1996.
