🇸🇪 Sweden: Melodifestivalen 5th heat

Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national selection, continues with a 5th and last heat. As Sweden is the host country, the winning song will go directly to the final. Two songs will go directly to the final, two other songs will go for ‘final qualification’, something that will be decided after the 5th heat. The show starts at 20:00 CET and you can watch it here or on the SVT Play app.

These are the participating songs:

1. Marcus & Martinus sing “Unforgettable”
2. Chelsea Muco sings “Controlla”
3. Jay Smith sings “Back to my roots”
4. Elecktra sings “Banne maj”
5. Annika Wickihalder sings “Light”
6. Medina sings “Que sera”

Marcus & Martinus were 2nd last year.
Medina was 3rd in 2022.

The final qual is what previously was the ‘Andra chancen’: two songs will be chosen to be added to the final next week, and these are the contestants:

• Fröken Snusk sings “Unga & fria”
