Biography
Remember Monday is a British music group formed by three friends: Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull, and Charlotte Steele. They met in 2012 while studying at Farnborough Sixth Form College in Hampshire. The group’s name comes from their habit of meeting on Mondays to sing together during their free periods.
Each member has experience in musical theatre. Lauren has performed in productions like “Matilda” and “Six the Musical.” Holly-Anne has appeared in “The Phantom of the Opera” and “Les Misérables.” Charlotte has worked as a choreographer and was the Deputy Head at Artemis College, a performing arts school.
In 2019, Remember Monday participated in “The Voice UK,” where they were coached by Jennifer Hudson. They reached the quarter-finals before being eliminated.
In 2023, the trio decided to focus entirely on their music career. They released their debut EP, “Hysterical Women,” followed by “Crazy Anyway” in 2024. Their music blends country and pop influences.
Remember Monday gained popularity through social media, especially TikTok, where their a cappella covers attracted a large following.
In March 2025, it was announced that Remember Monday would represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, Switzerland. They performed the song “What the Hell Just Happened?” during the contest.
