Biography
Remember Monday is a British country-pop trio consisting of Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull, and Charlotte Steele. The group originated in Surrey, England, where the members met during their time at sixth form college. Their mutual passion for music led them to form a band, initially performing under the name Houston.
In 2019, the trio gained national attention by participating in the eighth series of “The Voice UK.” Their rendition of Seal’s “Kiss from a Rose” impressed all four judges, leading them to choose Jennifer Hudson as their mentor. They advanced to the quarter-finals, showcasing their harmonious blend and musical versatility.
Following their success on “The Voice UK,” Remember Monday focused on original music, releasing two EPs: “Hysterical Women” in 2023 and “Crazy Anyway” in 2024. These works highlight their signature harmonies and heartfelt songwriting.
In March 2025, the BBC announced Remember Monday as the United Kingdom’s representatives for the Eurovision Song Contest, marking the first time a girl group has represented the UK since 1999. They will perform their original track “What the Hell Just Happened?” at the contest in Basel, Switzerland, aiming to bring energy and pride to the Eurovision stage.
