🇳🇴 Gåte represents Norway

It’s Gåte for Norway! After an exciting voting, the group is chosen to sing their song “Ulveham”, written and composed by Gunnhild Sundli, Jon Even Schärer, Marit Jensen Lillebuen, Magnus Børmark, Ronny Graff Janssen and Sveinung Ekloo Sundli. 🇸🇪 Smash Into Pieces & Lisa Ajax to Melodifestivalen final!

The big winners from tonight’s first heat are Smash Into Pieces with “Heroes Are Calling” And Lisa Ajax with “Awful Liar”! Smash Into Pieces won the first round of votes, and Lisa ajax came out on top in the second round with 86 points. We’ve seen both of the acts take part in Melodifestivalen in the past. Smash Into Pieces took part last year with their 3rd placing song “Six Feet Under”. Lisa Ajax has participated 4 times before, with her best entry “My Heart Wants Me Dead” resulting in a 7th place. We will see them perform in Friends Arena on march 9th. Elisa Lindström, and Adam Woods have qualified for the final qualification round. The round will be held right after the 5th heat.

🇪🇸 Spain: Benidorm Fest comes to an end

Tonight we will know the winner of Benidorm Fest 2024. Out of eight finalists, one will be chosen to represent Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest. The show starts at 22.00 CET and you can watch it here. The show will be hosted by Ruth Lorenzo, Marc Calderó and Ana Prada. The winner will be decided by 50% jury, 25% demoscopic jury and 25% televote. Here are the songs: nr. 🇲🇹 Malta will select a song

Malta will select a song tonight. The national final, Malta Eurovision Song Contest, will be held in Valetta. 50% jury and 50% televote will select the song. Twelve songs will compete. 🇳🇴 Norway: will KEiiNO return to ESC?

Tonight nine songs will compete in Norsk Melodi Grand Prix, in order to represent Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö. Out of 3 semifinals, nine songs were chosen. KEiiNO and Gåte are the hot favourites to win this thing. The show starts at 19.50 and you can watch it here. 🇺🇦 Who is going to represent Ukraine?

Ukraine will select their song for Eurovision tonight. Out of 11 songs, a jury and televoters will select a winner. Vidbir, as the name of the contest is, will be hosted by Timur Miroshnychenko, Julia Sanina and Vasyl Baidak. It’s time for Supernova, the Latvian national final. Tonight, 15 songs will be presented, 10 of which will head to the final next week. The show starts at 20:10 CET and you can watch it here. 🇸🇪 Sweden: Melodifestivalen starts!

It is that time of the year: Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national selection, starts. As Sweden is the host country, the winning song will go directly to the final. Two songs will go directly to the final, two other songs will go for ‘final qualification’, something that will be decided after the 5th heat.
