Good news for Vasil: he remains the North Macedonian singer

North Macedonian broadcaster MRT decided to investigate the participation of their singer Vasil in the contest. Today, the result of that investigation became known: Vasil can participate in the contest in Rotterdam. “Music wins”, Eurovision Macedonia stated in a tweet. On his Instagram Vasil replied: “RAY (ed nd ellow) ❤️???? See you in Rotterdam! Thank you for all the love, support, and positive energy. (…) Love always wins and music touches souls. Here WE stand!”

We, the team of Eurovision Universe, would also like to congratulate Vasil with this outcome. We would like to quote previous winner Duncan Laurence on this: “This is to music first, always!”.
