Tonight, Romania made a choice. An expert jury decided for Alexandra Căpitănescu to represent the country, after a two years absence. The song “Choke me” is written by Alexandra herself with Elvis-Claudiu Silitră and composed by this duo, Călin-Alexandru Grăjdan and Ștefan Condrea.
